John has successfully coordinated the building of over 30 residential houses in the past 8 years and holds a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alfred University, giving him a strong technical foundation in data architecture, intelligent systems, and modern technology integration. John holds several US Fedeal Patents using AI for automation. His component-based smart-home architecture is scalable, designed to integrate the home’s major systems, and will grow as AI grows over the next century — including energy performance, heating and cooling, lighting, security, networking, entertainment, ventilation, water management, appliances, and future automation — into one coordinated technology framework. Each home is designed to support a custom AI control center that can serve as the homeowner’s digital command hub for monitoring, managing, and upgrading intelligent systems over time. Through IoT sensors, structured wiring, hardwired networking, smart controls, and AI-ready infrastructure, AI Home Builders creates homes that are more comfortable, efficient, easier to maintain, and prepared to evolve with future innovations in smart living, energy management, and home automation.

With a deep commitment to excellence, he personally oversees every detail of the building process while conducting extensive research and development to create superior, high-performance homes.
Using advanced engineering best practices and innovative methods, Jeff designed several proprietary systems for AI HomeBuilders — most notably a custom concrete formulation engineered for superior waterproofing, long-term durability, and crack resistance. This advanced mix is used in the tall basement foundations, creating dry, high-performance spaces ideal for movie rooms, gyms, and entertaining areas, ensuring every home is not only beautiful and technologically advanced, but also structurally superior and built to last for generations.

In his consulting and coordination role, he is providing targeted support across key areas including scheduling, material selection, vendor coordination, smart-home technology, security systems, structured wiring, energy-efficient solutions, and custom home-theater installations.
With more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience, David excels at moving projects forward in a practical, organized, and solution-focused manner. His background gives him a sharp eye for detail and a strong ability to coordinate effectively between trades and project requirements.
What truly sets him apart is his diverse creative background in the film industry, including work as a stuntman for United Artists. He has also been inducted into multiple martial arts Halls of Fame, reflecting his exceptional discipline, focus, and commitment to excellence.
