He combines real building experience, commercial real estate knowledge, advanced technology expertise, and practical cost-control methods to create homes that are beautiful, efficient, affordable, and built to hold long-term value. John has successfully coordinated the construction of more than 30 residential homes over the past eight years and has built and sold over 120,000 square feet of residential property in Massachusetts. His experience includes working directly in the trades early in his career, with hands-on knowledge of framing, plumbing, electrical coordination, and general construction. This background gives him a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up and how to manage quality, schedules, subcontractors, and costs effectively. In addition to his construction and real estate experience, John has a strong technical foundation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alfred University. He also holds several U.S. federal patents involving AI and automation, giving him a unique ability to blend traditional construction with the AI, IoT, and smart-home capabilities available in 2026 and beyond. Through AI Home Builders, John’s goal is to build homes that feel like a true sanctuary for living while also being practical, efficient, and future-ready. His homes are designed with timeless features such as open layouts, high ceilings, quality materials, strong mechanical systems, and scalable technology infrastructure. These details help the homes remain comfortable, desirable, and valuable over time.

With a deep commitment to excellence, he personally oversees every detail of the building process while conducting extensive research and development to create superior, high-performance homes.
Using advanced engineering best practices and innovative methods, Jeff designed several proprietary systems for AI HomeBuilders — most notably a custom concrete formulation engineered for superior waterproofing, long-term durability, and crack resistance. This advanced mix is used in the tall basement foundations, creating dry, high-performance spaces ideal for movie rooms, gyms, and entertaining areas, ensuring every home is not only beautiful and technologically advanced, but also structurally superior and built to last for generations.

With more than 20 years of hands-on construction experience, David excels at moving projects forward in a practical, organized, and solution-focused manner. His background gives him a sharp eye for detail and a strong ability to coordinate effectively between trades and project requirements.
What truly sets him apart is his diverse creative background in the film industry, including work as a stuntman for United Artists. He has also been inducted into multiple martial arts Halls of Fame, reflecting his exceptional discipline, focus, and commitment to excellence.
